event submission guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Lightning Society! We're seeking inspiring brand experiences that demonstrate Lightning Society’s approach to building community and living a meaningfully connected life. Everything we do impacts the experience people have with the brand.

 

We want you to be successful! Approved events will be listed on our website, included in our newsletter and sent to thousands of our friends in New York via our social media accounts. We'll also set up and manage all ticketing and associated processes. A minimal fee will be deducted for this administrative time, and for credit card processing. The remaining ticket income will be split according to the schedule below. We can also introduce you to our trusted event photographers/videographers if you would like to get some professional content from your event. 

 

Event hosts are responsible for setup and cleaning. The space must be left in pristine condition ready for the next group, and be fully clear by 11pm. Let us know if you have any questions!

 

Here's an illustration with 10, 20 and 30 tickets sold respectively. Please note this ticket price is for example only, you can charge what you like!
